I’m passionate about empowering leaders—both seasoned and emerging—to develop essential people and business skills and apply them wisely, ensuring that employees and customers feel respected and motivated. I also focus on helping individuals grow personally and connect deeply with their organizations.

With extensive experience as an HR Manager and business executive, I understand the challenges of aligning individual and departmental goals with corporate vision, mission, and values. My background in Christian Education and leadership roles at my church has led me to integrate Biblical principles into my training, aligning my work with a higher purpose.

Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I enjoy sports (especially TX & CA teams), serving my local church, and cherishing time with my family and grandchildren.
